Jessica Rios-Flores lcsw-r


Jessica is a LatinX, Psychotherapist and book author who earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and her Bachelor’s degree of Arts in Social Work from Lehman College. She specializes in grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, anxiety depression and unresolved childhood issues. She believes in social justice, advocacy and reducing the stigmatization of mental health.

Jessica has over twelve years of experience in social work field. In 2014, she opened her private practice in mid-town Manhattan. As a native New Yorker, she understands the challenges of living in a fast-paced environment.

Jessica runs an entirely virtual Telehealth practice, enabling her to be fully accessible to mental health and coaching services to women. She empowers women through guidance, support, kindness, and compassion—with the goal of helping her clients build resilience, heal from trauma and grief, unlock their strengths, and ultimately reach their goals.  Jessica also provides business coaching, mentoring and clinical supervision to other therapist.  Jessica believes in creating a learning environment to promote your professional development.

Clinical Associate

Melissa is a Latinx, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) therapist licensed in New York. She was awarded her Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. 

Much of her work is dedicated to empowering women to reach their full potential. She creates a safe space for her clients through a compassionate lens as they work through trauma, domestic violence, grief, anxiety, and depression. 

Through your work with Melissa, you will gain insight and skills to live a healthier life. She uses techniques from evidence-based practices such as Strength focused, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Mindfulness, Trauma-Focused, and Positive Psychology.
