APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.

The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 45-60 minutes. 

Cancellation, re-scheduled and no-show session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

INSURANCE AND IN-NETWORK

We are currently not accepting insurance. Refer to the Self-Pay & Out of Network answers for more information.

SELF-PAY

All patients are expected to place a valid credit card on file with autopay. Payments accepted include all major credit cards. At this time we cannot accept other methods of payment unless arrangements have been made in advance. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will not be charged.

OUT-OF-NETWORK

I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurances (except Medicare), meaning that our work together is still covered by your insurance, but at a different rate than if I were in-network. Health insurance policies usually provide some out-of-network coverage for mental health treatment. Payment is expected when services are rendered unless we make other arrangements. Our team can submit the paperwork to your insurance company on your behalf, once a month. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly since you will already have paid for the service.
