This 12-week program involves monthly or bi-weekly 1 hour sessions that
support people with demanding, fast-paced lives who thrive in group settings. The group meets virtually and only includes 5-10 participants who share your background. The sessions are moderated by Jessica Rios-Flores, LCSW-R, a llicensed psychotherapist but they are not therapy sessions. Support groups can be very helpful, but they’re not a replacement for professional mental health treatment.
